The roles of staff working within older persons services have changed in recent years as services have moved from a support planning service to promoting independence through monitoring well-being and facilitating support through other services.
Supporting older people’s housing is becoming more complex. Expectations are rising, legislation continues to evolve, and services are expected to do more with fewer resources.
That’s why erosh membership exists.
